Ruth PieloorHello friends and Pozible supporters! Update fro 2017: After initial decline for funding for 2017, I have now been successful with ArtsACT funding for developing my work in 2017. The work is now called UNDER MY BED. It is still a puppetry-based visual theatre play about freedom form family violence. We have been working away developing the work with dramaturg Peter Matheson. I have the best puppeteer experts: barb Barnett, Catherine Roach and designer Hilary Talbot. Our first stage development presentation is at AGAC's Gorman Arts Centre C Block Theatre May 28th to a select audience - if you were a dramaturg gift donater you may also be on the invite list!! Thanks to your wonderful pledges we can accommodate our interstate professional later in the year and provide a cyc for the silhouette scenes. Exciting stuff! I'll keep you posted! Thanks, Ruth ;)9y
Ruth PieloorHi wonderful supporters. INMY HEAD update. Working on Draft 28 (phew!) and about to have my 2nd last session for 2015 with Dramaturg Peter Matheson in association with The Street Theatre. I will know more about funding in about a month but also applying for support through the creative program at Gorman Arts Centre. Lots of writing of late and looking forward to an 'on the floor' practical session 1st week December with barb & Dramatrugs to test out the script! Hope you're all being creative in your own work and play and enjoying SPRING in the air! :)11y

Ruth PieloorHi wonderful POZIBLE supporters. So following the Aus Co grants falling over I have lodged a 3-tiered creative development with ArtsACT for 2016 (fingers and everything crossed!) with CYT and all of the creative team along with sound designer Kimmo Vennonen (OMG lucky me!). I will keep you updated on this progress when I know in a few months. Til then all the best and thank you again for your wonderful support!11y

Ruth PieloorFellow supporters of IN MY HEAD. I have made my Target with still 40 days to go! This is all thanks to you!!!! My target was a minimum ask and as you can imagine if I make enough OVER the target I may be able to actually pay a film documenter, as I'm sure you will agree it is always a good idea to pay artists what they are worth, especially in ventures such as these. Please share amongst your connections. I'm sure you know generous peeps who will support such a work and whom might truly benefit from one of the puppet REWARDS.
