Mike BranaLets all get behind Stephen and help him launch this INCREDIBLE project! A lot of people have already commented on just how amazing Apple's customer service truly is. They warming greet you at the door, direct your enquiry to someone that specialises in the area you're after. Most importantly Apple employees actually enjoy helping customers. (of course they get to play with all the tech as well.) Every experience I have had has been a great one. Now they are not perfect and there is certainly room for improvement. However they are setting a excellent standard of customer service. But this is only ONE company! imagine if the majority of your day was filled with other companies that share similar standards. Companies where customer service actually means something. Someone great once said if you want to be truly successful, then find a problem and and offer a solution. Well we have a big problem in Australia and New Zealand and Stephen is the person to fix it. He's going to need our help, so lets give him all our support. - Never Except Mediocre or Poor Customer Service Again -12y
