Hiking Q&A Zoom Session

Hiking tips for beginners and intermediates. 60 minute Zoom group session. Are you interested in getting into hiking? Or maybe you've dipped your toe in but want to learn more or curious about a long distance hike/learning our hiking philosophy? Well this group session is for you! We will be covering: gear, food, water, navigation, safety, prep, injury prevention plus a Q&A at the end. With a cumulative total of one years worth of hiking under our belt, we've got lots of experience and tried and tested ideas to share. Here's a few of the bigger/well known hikes we've done if you have specific questions: Australian Alps Walking Track (VIC, NSW, ACT), Larapinta (NT), Grampians Peaks Trail (VIC), K2K (NSW), Te Araroa Trail (NZ). Plus a lot of time up in the high country both in NSW and VIC. (date TBA)

Harmony Group Zoom Session
